Brief’s can have a time, duration and frequency, and/or a single or multiple location, if your workforce is mobile. Bench will give them the best possible route from location to location, and if their day changes, bench will re-calculate the route.

Your people can bid on work, assuring you of the best possible rate, and critically cut out the middle man in the case of Contractors. Or if you have a 100% internal workforce they can just accept.

In built chat functionality allows you to chat to your workforce to ensure briefs are well understood prior to lock in.
